Your mission: As a Document Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation throughout the entire lifecycle. You will ensure that communication, registration, validation, and archiving processes are implemented and respected across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement document control and communication procedures in collaboration with project teams.
  • Define and manage processes for numbering, registration, tracking, and archiving of all project documents (digital and/or paper).
  • Ensure compliance with validation workflows and monitor adherence to set standards.
  • Format, distribute, and maintain project documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and compile requested files and reports for project managers.

Your Profile

  • Organizational Genius: Proven ability to handle documentation with amazing attention to detail and reliability.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of electronic document management systems is a plus.
  • Communication Pro: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills that bridge internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
