Your goal is to ensure that the documents produced and exchanged throughout the project lifecycle are reliable, consistent, controlled, and usable. You are involved in the analysis of document processes, the definition of management rules, the configuration of tools and the support of project teams and users.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row_3-4_1-4\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_column_3_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 texte-zone  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<h2>Main responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer needs analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 You collaborate with clients to understand their document control requirements (document flows, responsibilities, contractual and regulatory requirements).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You map existing document control processes and identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You define document control rules covering the document lifecycle: creation, revision, validation, distribution, archiving.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implementation of solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 You translate business needs into functional requirements for document management tools (EDM, ECM, collaborative platforms).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You participate in the setup and configuration of document control tools (document structures, metadata, workflows, access rights).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You contribute to the implementation or adaptation of document management procedures, in line with project practices.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Document quality management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 You define document performance indicators (quality, deadlines, completeness, compliance). Implement dashboards and reports on the status of project documentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You propose and monitor corrective action plans in case of non-conformity or malfunction in close collaboration with the Quality Manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 You play a key role in managing organisational change related to the implementation of new document control systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You present and explain the changes to end users, organise training sessions, and provide ongoing support to facilitate the adoption and adaptation of the new technologies.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interdepartmental collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 You work closely with document controllers, project managers, technical teams and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of document control software into existing IT infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You cooperate with development teams to customise solutions according to specific customer needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Qualifications and experience required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li2\">Business expertise and document management\n<p>\u2013 You have a solid track record as a Business Analyst or Lead Document Controller, ideally gained during projects implementing document management software solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 you have a strong interest in the challenges of information management and document governance strategies<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You have already led training initiatives and know how to support users in adopting new tools and processes<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Analytical and technical skills\n<p>\u2013 You know how to diagnose complex problems in order to propose pragmatic and structured solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You are proficient in tools and modeling: advanced expertise in Excel (complex functions, data analysis);\u00a0Mastering BPMN notation for process modeling is a major asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li2\">You can easily write clear, structured and concise documents, adapted to your different audiences<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">A true translator, you know how to rephrase technical requirements into business concepts understandable to non-technical users<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">You manage your priorities rigorously in order to meet deadlines and budgets<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">You value collaboration and know how to unite both internal and external stakeholders around a common goal<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">You communicate fluently both orally and in writing in French and English.
