T\u00e9l\u00e9charger (FR)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

La gestion des documents a bien longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 scind\u00e9e entre les professionnels de la documentation, les responsables de l’archivage, les \u00e9quipes administratives, les managers op\u00e9rationnels ou IT. Ces scissions et cloisonnements ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des situations complexes r\u00e9sultant \u00e0 des pertes d’informations, des informations absentes ou non communiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 temps, voire \u00e0 une d\u00e9multiplication d’un m\u00eame document avec des informations parfois contradictoires.<\/span><\/p>\n

Afin de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, les orateurs ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l’approche de la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des documents, qui vise \u00e0 doter les professionnels de l’information des connaissances et comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour s’attaquer \u00e0 ces enjeux d’importance. Apr\u00e8s une introduction th\u00e9orique sur la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des documents et un aper\u00e7u des nouveaux challenges (notamment l\u00e9gaux), l’accent fut plac\u00e9 sur les retours d’exp\u00e9riences de ce qui a pu \u00eatre mis en place, permettant aux participants de comprendre et de se rendre compte de l’importance d’une vision globale de la gestion de l’information et des approches possibles pour l’organiser.<\/span><\/p>\n
