With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 4000 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the Mission Critical \/ ICT, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and other sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This a fully site based position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Support the Quality Manager\u00a0and Lead the DocControl team on the construction project by managing the Document Management System (DMS)\u00a0on a day-to-day basis and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all documentation according client and internal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the DocControl team on site and manage workload for the team<\/li>\n<li>Implement guidelines, procedures and structure in documentation management, according to the client and internal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Train the PMC team and trade partners to use the DMS and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Manage and process project documentation within the DMS in line with established procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to Trade Partners\u00a0and Package Managers\u00a0with general document control queries.<\/li>\n<li>Process and track Technical Submittals\u00a0and RFIs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform QA checks\u00a0on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all document control procedures and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Trade Partners and Package Managers regarding documentation requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain security and confidentiality of all project information.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and lead weekly DocControl meetings with different stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear reporting on documentation status for internal documents and trade partner submittals and RFI&rsquo;s<\/li>\n<li>Update document registers accurately and daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years in a professional office and\/or site environment with a background in Quality or Document Control.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in document control on construction projects is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to work on own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (Word\/Excel\/PowerPoint\/Visio).<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English, Professional knowledge of French is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Link: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.pmgroup-global.com\/careers\/jobs\/12347?utm_source=ABD-BVD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/careers.pmgroup-global.com\/careers\/jobs\/12347?utm_source=ABD-BVD<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview We now wish to recruit a\u00a0LeadSiteDocument Controller\u00a0for a large construction project in Belgium (region Feluy\/Seneffe). &nbsp; Who are we?
