deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application period runs from <strong>6 May 2026\u00a0<\/strong>to<strong> 10 June 2026 (12.00 midday Brussels time).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates must applications, digital workplace services)<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e90e8f59a116c8e464b1339d3ffdd8868\">Managing networks, identity and access services, and cybersecurity<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e63e73e22efe59c341408a1a151f407e1\">Delivering ICT operations and service management<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e35ff8aecfb884722a0ff1c6117df1029\">Contributing to infrastructure architecture, automation, emerging technologies (including high-performance computing and quantum technologies), as well as team supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ICT project data-list-item-id=\"edb73022da8d2a8c6dcd2dd5b3bc7673c\">Developing data integration solutions, APIs, visualisation tools and automated insights<\/li>\n<li below.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<legend class=\"togvis\">Typical duties<\/legend>\n<\/fieldset>\n<fieldset class=\"accordion\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"body is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<p>To apply for the ICT competition (AD7), you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e4657e97baf916d59ff41d7b3363ecb51\">Be an <strong>EU national and enjoy the full rights of an EU citizen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e07bd42f7ea6412fd6b871b1a08aa6e11\">Have a <strong>thorough knowledge of one official EU language<\/strong>(C1 level) and a <strong>satisfactory knowledge of another official EU language <\/strong>(B2 level).<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"eea0684a43964920b28dd803d99be3a1d\"><strong>You must also have a combination of completed university-level studies and relevant professional experience, as follows:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e0314fe51c00ba5a3ca2e6e4debd30efe\"><strong>A three-year degree in an area relevant to the chosen ICT field<\/strong>, followed by <strong>at least seven years of relevant professional experience<\/strong>;<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e69f55fcb06d4725007d069a6db66e5b6\"><strong>A four-year degree in an area relevant to the chosen ICT field<\/strong>, followed by <strong>at least six years of relevant professional experience<\/strong>;<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ed69ad9995f740a0538c2d11a49db7f0a\"><strong>A five-year degree in an area relevant to the chosen ICT field,<\/strong> followed by <strong>at least five years of relevant professional experience<\/strong>;<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"ck-list-marker-bold\" data-list-item-id=\"e91c456f70e6612ce8ce2a4761c7261ed\"><strong>A three-year degree in another area, followed by at least nine years of relevant professional experience (eight years for data science).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>The exact requirements vary by field. Candidates must consult the Notice of Competition for full details.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<legend class=\"togvis\">Do you have what it takes?<\/legend>\n<\/fieldset>\n<fieldset class=\"accordion\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"body is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<p>The selection process for the ICT competition (AD7) includes online <strong>reasoning tests<\/strong>, a<strong> field-related test<\/strong>, and a\u00a0<strong>free-text essay on EU matters<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTests may take place on the same or different days. The exact dates for each test will be communicated to all applicants after the application deadline.<br \/>\nCandidates may choose<strong> any two of the 24 official EU languages\u00a0<\/strong>for testing.<br \/>\nFurther details are available in the <strong>Notice of Competition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All information on test dates, materials and results will be published on the competition page and communicated to candidates via the Candidate Portal, once confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<legend class=\"togvis\">Selection process &#8211; Testing<\/legend>\n<\/fieldset>\n<fieldset class=\"accordion\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<div class=\"body is-visible\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n<p>Candidates who succeed in the selection process are placed on a reserve list.<\/p>\n<p>Once on a reserve list, successful candidates may be contacted by the recruiting services of the EU institutions and bodies interested in their profile, for targeted recruitment interviews. Such interviews, and any other related procedures, are outside the selection process conducted by EPSO. Recruitment interviews are conducted by the relevant recruiting services usually in English and\/or French.
