Face \u00e0 l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au manque de financement se retrouve n\u00e9anmoins une qualit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que \u00e0 notre profession et (presque) in\u00e9puisable : notre souhait constant de susciter l&rsquo;apprentissage des connaissances des utilisateurs. De cette envie na\u00eet la volont\u00e9 commune de d\u00e9velopper et d&rsquo;enrichir nos exp\u00e9riences via des r\u00e9seaux documentaires. Mais entre cet id\u00e9al et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du quotidien existe un \u00e9norme foss\u00e9. Si la visibilit\u00e9 est bel et bien n\u00e9cessaire, la reconnaissance et le succ\u00e8s qu&rsquo;elle peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer entra\u00eenent parfois des difficult\u00e9s. Dans beaucoup de cas, on s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit qu&rsquo;existent, ou qu&rsquo;apparaissent, le besoin d&rsquo;un service nouveau ou renouvel\u00e9, l&rsquo;envie de produits et de services autres ou am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, de nouveaux processus de travail, de nouveaux groupes-cibles ou march\u00e9s et surtout des sp\u00e9cialistes de l&rsquo;information d&rsquo;un autre genre.
