La satisfaction des usagers semble g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre la mesure de la qualit\u00e9 et de la pertinence des actions men\u00e9es pour eux. L’expos\u00e9 portera sur le concept m\u00eame de la satisfaction : est-il aussi simple qu’il y para\u00eet et traduit-il bien ce que l’on cherche \u00e0 verifier ? Ensuite on examinera les principes des m\u00e9thodes de la mesure de la satisfaction des usagers, leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats et leurs limites. Les biblioth\u00e8ques universitaires se pr\u00e9occupent depuis longtemps de la formation de leurs usagers \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019information. Cette t\u00e2che conna\u00eet un essor important avec le d\u00e9veloppement des technologies de l\u2019information et de la communication. Divers r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u00a0; ils guident la construction des programmes de formation documentaire dans les universit\u00e9s. Cependant, la responsabilit\u00e9 de la formation n\u2019incombe pas exclusivement aux seuls biblioth\u00e9caires, elle doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9e entre ceux-ci et les enseignants car la comp\u00e9tence documentaire est au c\u0153ur de la formation universitaire et ne se r\u00e9duit pas \u00e0 de simples aptitudes techniques.
